    Start over after an account is deleted

    • If your school's account was deleted, you can sign in again with your password, Google or Microsoft and start fresh in a new, empty workspace.

    • nOS AI now works out fixes for conflicts and full sections, and checks every option on a copy of your schedule before suggesting it.

    • Answers are shorter and easier to scan, with clean cards you can run as a what-if in one click.

    • There is no Fast or Thinking switch anymore: every question gets the same nOS AI, which works harder on its own when a question needs it.
    • Plans now count chats. A chat is one question and its full answer, and every chat counts the same.
    • The attach button sits on the left of the message box, where you expect it.

    • Sign in with Google or Microsoft, and turn on two-step verification with an authenticator app and one-time recovery codes.
    • Invite your colleagues, give each person a role, and let people with your school's email domain ask to join instead of waiting for an invite.
    • A new Activity page shows who signed in, who changed settings, which data was imported or pulled, and when.
    • Settings are reorganized into one place: account, security, team, school, notifications, privacy, activity, legal, memory and billing.
    • SIS connections can sync on their own, and every pull is kept in a sync history so you can see what changed and when.
    • Answers are more careful with your data, and you can rate any answer so we can keep improving them.
    • If a payment fails you get clear notice and time to fix it before anything changes on your plan.
    • A help center with guides for connecting your SIS, importing files and getting the most out of nOS AI.
    • Fast answers use a quicker model, and the Free plan is now 3 chats a month in either Fast or Thinking mode.
    • Very long conversations keep working: the oldest turns are set aside instead of the request failing.

    Troubleshooting that sticks

    • Open a troubleshooting case for a schedule problem and nOS keeps the evidence, the checks and whether it is fixed.
    • Teacher, room and student conflicts, capacity and missing assignments are found the same way everywhere: in the briefing, in chat and in your cases.
    • Before a file is imported you can review exactly how each column was read, and fix anything that looks wrong.
    • Files you export for your SIS can be limited to just the sections or students that changed.

    Safer imports, calmer dark mode

    • SIS pulls and spreadsheet uploads never invent missing names, sections, periods or capacities; they tell you what is missing instead.
    • Spreadsheet columns are matched as a whole set, so one ambiguous column can no longer fill in several fields.
    • Signing out now signs you out in every open tab.
    • Dark mode uses a softer graphite palette.
