An import is stuck or failed
If a progress card shows Failed, click Retry. It reuses the file already in storage rather than uploading it again.
If a file keeps failing, save it as a fresh XLSX or CSV (this drops unusual formatting) and try again. Contact support with the file name if it still won't import.
