Data retention and account deletion
Each account keeps its current schedule version plus the newest older versions (ten in total by default); older versions and their files are pruned on import.
Deleting your account (Settings, Account) locks everyone out immediately and cancels any subscription. The data is permanently purged after a 14-day grace period, during which it can still be restored by contacting support.
