Each file import or SIS pull creates a new schedule version. Nothing is overwritten, so you can keep last year, this year, and a draft side by side and ask nOS AI to compare them.

Exactly one version is current. Unless you name another version in your question, answers are about the current one. Change it from Data & connections under Schedule versions.

To keep storage bounded, an account keeps the current version plus the newest older versions (ten in total by default). Older versions are pruned automatically when you import.
