What nOS AI is
nOS AI is an assistant for registrars, schedulers, and school leaders. You give it your schedule data, either by connecting your student information system or by uploading spreadsheets, and then ask questions in plain English: who is double-booked, which sections are over capacity, what a student's day looks like, how this year compares to last.
Every answer is grounded in your own data. When nOS AI needs detail it looks it up with bounded tools rather than guessing, and it says so when the data it has is incomplete.
It is read-only. It never changes your SIS and it never builds or optimizes a schedule. Building schedules is done in the full nOS app (nosplanner.com). nOS AI troubleshoots, plans and runs what-ifs on a copy of the schedule you have.
